Everyone we see has a unique experience, and we believe there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach. We believe you always achieve the best results with a tailor made treatment plan, based on your lifestyle, work schedule, medical history, likes/dislikes, cultural and religious dietary requirements and preferences.
2. We work as one dedicated clinical team
Our doctor and dietitian work directly together as your dedicated clinical team, so you will see a high level of coordination in our care for you. With your consent, we will also communicate with your regular GP and specialists to ensure the highest level of continuity in your ongoing care.
3. We're here to support you at every step
We believe support is critical towards achieving your goals. Our dietitian will check in with you regularly and give you support to make sure you’re not left on your own and re-adjust your plan depending on your results and how you’re feeling. We will work with you to adjust your treatment plan accordingly –which may mean more or less sessions with us.
4. We are understanding and empathetic
So don’t be embarrassed to come in and see us, we’ve seen and heard it all before.

Low carb is not a fad or three-month challenge, rather a lifestyle shift to help you change your food choices and manage insulin resistance. We aim to equip you with the knowledge to make informed choices about your health for many years beyond your treatment with us.
Since learning how to incorporate these changes into your life takes time and practice, our approach consists of several visits over the course of months – or longer if you feel the need. We know that learning to be healthier is a journey, and we aim to support you at every stage of that journey.
Our vision is to transform our patients’ health through diet, medically monitor them during this process, and then refer them back to their usual treating medical team for ongoing care. Naturally, this is a highly individualised process, and will vary greatly depending on whether or not you have any pre-existing illnesses.
If you take medications, especially those for blood pressure, diabetes, or cholesterol, changing your diet may have an impact on your need for these medications. Our doctors are experts at fine tuning your medications while you adjust your diet. While we aim to have you on as few drugs as possible, some individuals will continue to need medications for their particular medical situation.
